After a knee replacement 5 years ago, I had to find a new way to exercise in stead of running. I fell in love with a 3 wheeled scooter called a TRIKKE. It's a combo of dancing and soaring! certainly the most fun I've have vertically in the last 25 years. and I trikke about a half hour a day. Greatest and most fun cardio I've ever found!I also love to swim daily. I'm currently building a program to teach the local children where I live to swim and appreciate the the beauty and wonder of the Sea of Cortez.
I have always known that one person CAN make a difference. Luckily I've always been that person. I was given extraordinary physical and emotional gifts from my parents. A quick mind, a sense of humor and the ability to laugh at oneself is what I added to the mix. My sailboat's name was "Aye Yam, What I Am!" kinda says it all.
