I like spirituality, but I don't have a fondness for religious institutions.

SUMMER WISH LIST 34yr
Back when it was 20 below zero outside, there were a number of things I looked forward to seeing when summer arrived.

34 year old entrepreneur with no time for dating games (Berwyn/Oak Park) 34yr
Well this site has been good to me in business aspects, so I figure I would give it a shot and see what happens. So here is a little about me:
I am 34, proud father of three and no "baby momma drama" of any kind whatsoever. I am Mexican and irish, about 5'9", 220lbs with athletic build. Black, very short hair, brown eyes and with the summer coming, I am sure to be regaining my tan. I like to hit the gym 3-4 days a week, and just like anyone else, if I am not working, with the kids or at the gym, I am either chilling at home (I live alone) enjoying the peace and quiet or I am with friends doing whatever is fun that day. I am extremely ambitious, know exactly what I want out of this life for myself and my children and I am going after all of it. Now this is probably less than 10% of who I am of course, but this will at least give you the basics. My intention is not to portray myself as this un-flawed because I have my past, just like everyone else, I have made my mistakes, learned from them all and am proud of the man and father I am today. I am not a fan of posting pics on here, but if you send me a pic in your reply, not only will it speed up my response to you but you will get a pic of me in return. I won't send a pic from last year or older, so please make sure you don't either.
As far as what I am looking for, I have some preferences in mind but every woman is different and I have found myself in a steady relationship on more than one occasion with someone who did not fit my so called "preferences". So, that being said, I will just say that for me to be interested initially, you pretty much have to be hispanic. I have nothing against any other races, this is just my personal preference. Other than that, I am looking for a positive woman, ambitious, intelligent, DRAMA, DISEASE AND DECEIT FREE, preferably have at least one kid of your own (because people without kids just don't quite get what it means to be a parent), absolutely NO drama with the childs father and just be real, above all else. I have tried other sites and it just seems to be a charade all around, the woman acts a certain way, the guy has to act a certain way, both are telling their friends how they are "playing the game", and it's just a massive waste of time. If we talk, and there is a mutual interest, let's cut the coy stuff and just be real about it. I am one of the most romantic people you will ever meet, a true gentleman, but one thing I loathe is dishonesty and being fake. Let's do something normal.....as in we determine there's a mutual interest, let's chat over a cup of coffee or something after a reasonable amount of emailing, texting, etc. Get to know each other, see if we are even good as friends before anything else. Too much rushing going on now, or dragging things out. We shouldn't be planning to "hook-up" before we have even had a first date, and if it takes more than a month to meet in person, you may not be ready to date yet. A balance somewhere in the middle would be awesome.
