Just moved to Santa Fe (Santa Fe) 27yr
Hey! I just moved to Santa Fe and haven't done much outside of work and family yet. ...welp, just when I was about to give up on this "meeting someone online" strategy, I thought I'd give it another try...you see, 3 + years ago, I awoke to use the bathroom in the early morning hours...through a window I thought that I saw someone in my backyard...so, armed with a baseball bat, I went outside to investigate...I didn't see anybody, so I headed back inside...as I was walking towards the back door of my home, I heard a person moaning...I went over to the cyclone fence bordering my yard...laying in the weeds in the easement between my fence and the neighbor's home was a man, facing away from me...I said, "come on, get outta here"...no response...so, I called 911...soon thereafter the police arrived and I was informed that this poor fellow - a 25 year old transient heroin and cocaine addict - had been shot...he died on the way to the hospital. Six months later, to stir up some gossip, the SFPD released their theory, which was printed in a horrible, taken-out-of-context, manipulated article by the New Mexican...wow. It made no sense, but it suggested that I had played a part in this poor soul's demise.
I didn't have anything to do with this unfortunate event.
By the way, I moved here 20 years ago from the SF Bay Area for the purpose of raising my twin sons...I was educated at UC Berkeley and was a mortgage banker for 22 years...I retired from that industry in 2007 because I didn't like what was occuring in the banking arena...I was awarded full custody of my sons when they were 12 years old...I drove them to and picked them up every day from Capshaw Junior High and Santa Fe High...they both accumulated 4.00 GPA's and were both valedictorians of their senior class...one son was Student Body President. I am saying this because, back in December of 2008, the New Mexican's writer, Jason Auslander failed to mention any of my accomplishments...Mr. Auslander no longer writes for the New Mexican - my theory is that he now writes for the National Inquirer...
I love to take my dog, Maurice, to the doggie park. I like to eat out, see movies, and go dancing. I am honest, funny, intelligent, and loyal. I am a good catch.
