For me there are more important things in life than what car I drive, how much money I make and what rung of the corporate totem pole I'm on. I believe that having someone's love is the most precious gift one could ever receive.
Hopeless romantic I suppose is the best way to describe me, although I'm a bit out of practice because somehow I seem to keep getting into relationships with women who are so attracted to me physically that they completely overlook my personality, at first. After the initial infatuation, once they learn about who I am, they usually love that too. However, I think my biggest downfall is that I have very high expectations. To clarify, I don't expect anything I am not willing, capable and ready to give back. My undivided attention while you speak is something widely overlooked, but to me is as simple and necessary as breathing, things like that. I was brought up with high morals and respect. You really have to get to know me to understand, like most people.
Intelligent, funny, nice, good person, these are usually the things that people use to describe me to me. I've spent my life trying to sculpt myself into the perfect man. I will never achieve this obviously, but the strive for perfection, the constant effort put forth to better myself is what I believe makes me stand out from the rest. Take the time to really get to know me, give me the chance to get to know you and let us see where we go.
I know there have to be women out there that are looking for their "knight". Maybe it's not me, maybe it is, but you'll never know unless you take the chance.
