Well I'm fairly new to Cincinnati and I'm finding that its tough to meet new people when you don't know anyone outside of work. I have a great job that is very rewarding and gives me a lot of opportunity in the future. I have my own place, car, pay my own bills, etc... This is a very long post I know, I have no problem with it though, I'm just trying to be clear. I've been told its the longest post some have ever seen but also have recently been told that it is not the longest post. So its long and gonna take some time, so, get yourself a drink, kick back, relax, get comfy, it'll be over sooner than you think. Please don't be put off by it's length, I hope that you can appreciate it. Don't feel like you have to read it all right away, you can 'copy and paste' it to read later. Its not as long as it looks though and its very informative. This post is worth reading (even if only for its entertainment value) to the right person.

I ask for the information that I ask for (a) to know you read the whole post and (b) to make things simpler, quicker, easier for everyone and (c) to weed out spammers (and you would think, the sheer length of this post alone would do it, but no such luck). I'm sorry if I don't make myself clear or you don't understand the things I say. I'm hoping that you do, or that you'll write and ask me questions if you don't. Please don't mistake my candid honesty as disrespect. OKAY, I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, PLEASE DON'T WRITE ME WITHOUT HAVING READ MY WHOLE POST! YOU WILL NOT GET A REPLY {hand hitting head}, AND IT'S A WASTE OF YOUR TIME. I THINK THAT YOU ARE SPAM IF YOU ASK ME QUESTIONS THAT ARE ANSWERED HERE, AND I WILL NOT RESPOND.

I live in the Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky area. Just because you write me and you actually say something like, 'You should be writing me back because I'm the shit', for this reason or that reason, is possibly why I won't write to you, sorry. I don't mind a bit of confidence... but come on... really? But just because its not me doesn't mean there's not someone out there for you, good luck with that, but don't be mad at me. I'm looking for a single girl, who is nice to be around. I don't really have a 'type' I guess. The last girl I dated, as a girlfriend, for more than a couple weeks was 24. I am open in age range but you must be legal (yes strangely enough, that had to be said). To one of my ex's camping meant no room service (not really my fault, but some I guess, I may have spoiled her a bit but I don't see that as a problem). I am not desperate by any idea, just curious to see who else is out there. I am truly a good, genuine, honest, loyal, respectful and nice guy. They at least respect me because of the person I am) and have plenty going on for myself. I just thought I would give this a try and see what happens.

I am a good looking, white guy and have longer (to the shoulders) curly light brown hair, hazel eyes and am 6'+ tall, at 190 lbs apprx right now. I am not fat. I play beach/sand volleyball (went to watch the AVP again this year) in the summers and several other sports (**for the past 3 years I have gone to see some friends were on the Action Sports Tour, days of fun, it is badass, you can see a couple of pics of me (unfortunately), and them online (from 2009). I say unfortunately, because I don't like to have my picture taken unless I am in control of it, but it happened so fast I wasn't able to stop it or move out of the way to say 'no thanks', politely **). I play many sports but I am not a jock type.

I really like all kinds of music and can tolerate any music for a time. I have my own home and I just got an apartment building and an entertainment spot. I have several cars (one does not run), a few motorcycles (got rid of one, got another one) and a boat (some people don't even know I have one and I'm okay with that, I just don't go around telling everybody). I'm thinking of getting some jet skis. I also have a place to play in the water with my stuff now. I'm not saying this to impress anyone, just informational. I work a lot and like to do fun stuff to enjoy myself. I like fun, but I also know when its time to be responsible. I'm open to a casual (dating) or serious relationship but would prefer something more serious (long term) or ongoing but either involves a monogamous relationship. If you have kids that doesn't bother me, but I don't have any.

I strive to be a good person in my everyday life and always seek to do my best. I see nothing wrong with that. I do have flaws though. I have no problem, and like, proving the things that I say, it makes my life easier (ask me something, if you think I'm not telling the truth you can call me on it, I will prove it to you, I can prove everything/anything I say if you need me to, no problem.) Everyone that knows me knows that I am very honest, whether they like me or not. I have a whole cool, fun life to share with the right person. I've got all kinds of events and stuff to do and go to about 2-3 times a month, even more during holidays, and would like someone else to show up with besides the usual friends and people. If we do go out, I will do my best to show you a good time and I'll take care of anything/everything you need. You must be able to, and enjoy, going out at least occasionally. I don't see anything wrong with two people enjoying each others company. I think its important to be comfortable around someone and enjoy their company. I think that people who enjoy each others company can have fun doing just about anything.

I would always do my best to not put you in situations where you are uncomfortable or not at ease. I will not stand you up, though I may be a little late (but I will let you know as soon as I can). I am a one woman man and I know how to treat a woman right. I'm hoping that I can make you feel as special as you are, being attentive and thoughtful to the little things. I do not want to, and I will not try to, control you. I have enough problems controlling myself sometimes (hahaha, but I do it anyways). I like to say what I mean and mean what I say. I do not want to tell you how to live your life, though I may make a suggestion here and there that I think could benefit you, or us, without bias, or without some way of benefiting me, without ulterior motives (I figure, if I help make your life better, then you may help mine be better), you can take my advice if you want to, or not, no problem, it's just advice you do what you want. My thought is, If I help you make space in your life, maybe you'll let me have a little of that space for us, if that makes any sense. If nothing else I hope to restore your faith that a good, kind, nice, genuine man exists.

This is not my only means of meeting girls it's just another one. Some women may be looking for a 'nice guy' that they can take advantage of (you know who you are and I am pointing a finger at you, hahaha), to buy them stuff, to give them money, to walk on, or to pay their bills, (I may do those things anyway for you, just don't ask so quick). It may take a couple days to get back to you after your first email, I get busy. I go through the emails as I have time, I promise you. If I have not responded to you AND you sent all the info AND responded as I asked, and it's been a few days, I'm sorry, PLEASE WRITE ME AGAIN, I don't know what could have happened. If you have written a couple times and not gotten a response from me, its probably not me, hahaha, (but it's possible and probable that it is me), it also may be because you haven't READ THE WHOLE POST, and/or you are not sending all the information as I have nicely asked for (but it could be me, hahaha).

I am not and I have never been married, I've come close though and willing to explain it later if you'd like. I'm not doing this to just 'get laid', I wouldn't have to post here to do that (but this post would have easily done that). I am going out on dates and having fun but I am completely single and trying to change that. You will not see this post when I have a girlfriend. Don't write me and have me writing you and then just drop off the face of the earth and not tell me why you have not written back. That's not a nice thing to do and you know who you are (actually you don't know but I thought that was funny). You can always write me again and tell me what happened, I won't mind if you write again. No time wasters though.

I'm taking my time to talk to you, you should be putting in some effort as well. I think that it shows your interest in me, the person that I am. I am interested in complete sentences when we talk and not just one or two word answers to questions so that there is no miscommunication. I like to finish conversations so that they have an end. When it comes to problems, I believe in talking together, coming to conclusions, solving those problems and moving on from there.

So Much Love and Affection for my Anti-Social BBW Kitty 22yr

I have a weird, silly sense of humor, but I'm extremely intelligent.
I will support my girl financially...I can't afford everything we want, but I can afford what we need. I need a relationship in which I am completely dominant. I need a girl who is needy in all ways, a girl I can take care of almost like a child or a pet. I really like the "daddy/kitty"-type relationship... Please don't misunderstand this; I'm not refering to any kind of sex-slave thing. It's just a very affectionate ownership-type relationship.

Now, the bad (brace yourself, it's pretty bad): I'm extremely jealous, suffocatingly controlling (because of my jealousy, not just to be a jerk), and I have to be completely dominant [NOTE: Again, please don't misunderstand this...this is not a sexual dominance, slave fantasy kind of thing...I'm actually on the submissive side in that area. But with real life, I must be dominant.] There are quite a lot of deal-breaker requirements for me. I hate being like that because it makes it so hard to find a girl, but these are fundamentally important things for me to be happy; it's who I am.
- My girl cannot have kids--previously, OR with me. I have to have 100% of her love, attention, care, and interest.
- My girl cannot have friends.
- My girl cannot work or go to school.
- My girl cannot be significanty educated...I need someone who is truly needy and can't make it on her own.
- My girl should not be going out at all without me.
- My girl should be white, or at least pale-skinned.
- I hate being superficial, but I am SO much more attracted to really big girls (BBW), it would be really hard to be with anyone else.
- My girl should be drug/disease-free.
- My girl should be quiet, shy and anti-social toward anyone other than me. She shouldn't be mean to people...just ignore them, and not care about anyone but me.
- My girl should be simple...not fancy or sophisticated or mature. I can't stand makeup, jewelry, piercings, tattoos, hair dyes, hairstyling, nail-painting, fancy clothes, and other fashion devices or appearance modifications... I need a girl who wants to be pretty for ME, and turn ME on--rather than other people, or herself.
- My girl should not smoke or drink.
- My girl should not have interests or hobbies, or care about entertainment (music, movies, books, games, etc.). Sure, I have my interests too, but compared to my girl, they are NOTHING. If she doesn't like something that I do or something I have an interest in, it's gone. I understand that this is just so overwhelming that it's nearly impossible...so I can sometimes deal with a little bit of it, as long as it's very limited, and only while I'm gone, and only if I don't really know about the specifics of it. Just keep me in the dark from it and it can't hurt me...

I know it's a LOT to ask, and I probably sound crazy. That's why I haven't found such a girl in six years of looking. But I'm not going to settle; I've tried, it leads to a lot of pain.
One thing I should mention too, is that I am ABSOLUTELY not abusive. A lot of people think I would be, because of how controlling I am. But I would never abuse my girl. If she can't or won't do what she needs to do to make me happy, that means we simply aren't right for each other; violence is not going to help anything. I'm searching for someone who WANTS to be with me and can handle the way I am; I'm not going to force anyone to do anything.

Sorry that the ad is so long, but when I post more concise ads, I get all kinds of responses from people who really do not understand what I mean, and getting my hopes up over and over like that really takes its toll on me emotionally.

I am really not too sure how much more intimate or personal I can get on here... I suppose I shouldn't put so much faith in online dating, seeing as I have been unsuccessful at finding an interest in a LONG time. Maybe I was brought up differently than most people; I was brought up under the impression that if you see a pretty girl, you compliment her not to try to advance with her in a romantic sense, but because it's the right thing to do. I was brought up believing that when you marry...you marry once. I was brought up believing that the only feeling that is pure and unquestionable is love. After all, you can always doubt happiness...pain...even sadness.

Perhaps I keep thinking that I will post this the very day that my soulmate decides to get on looking to buy an appliance, and ends up browsing the personals for fun. That's just the romantic in me.

I'm a family man. My 13 year old sister had bacterial meningitis when she was a baby, and we nearly lost her. Call it a devine miracle, call it good medicine, call it whatever you want but God decided to spare her little life and I have been thankful for that since. She's my best friend, and even she she was left with some physical and mental disabilities, I couldn't see myself living a day without her in my life. I have this insane ability that allows children of all ages to flock to me as if I was the second coming of Barney. I love kids...and I can't wait to raise a family of my own.
My priorities are askewed. I'll be the first to admit this. I don't work in a high paying job. I don't own a lot of things that most other 25 year olds own...those things aren't important to me. I would rather work 60 crappy jobs but come home to a loving family that I can provide for, than to let something like a job consume me and prevent me from having all those cliche things that romantics want; a white house, picket fence, and a giant walk-in closet.

Despite the serious tone of my post, I am actually a super fun guy to hang out with. I love having day long adventures, discovering new places to ear and shop, and going to any "touristy" stop there is to see. I love traveling, though I don't get to do it nearly as enough as I want. My day doesn't feel complete unless I make everyone I come into contact with laugh until their sides hurt.
I'm a music/movie buff. People always list favorites of theirs, and even though I did this for a long time, I feel as though it isn't too important. I know a lot of people who haven't seen a third of the movies I have and I still care for them as people lol.
I read...and write...and at one point in time I was really good at the later. Maybe you will be the muse that fires up my creative pistons that start my comeback in the writing world.

Shopping is a huge obsession of mine. It sounds girly, but I LOVE going to book stores and Best Buy even if just to look and not purchase. I love watching sports, and I attempt to golf...but I have noticed when a tattooed, DC wearing, "alternative" guy goes to the golf course...you tend to get stared at.

Essentially I am a good guy with lots to offer. I am GENUINE and SINCERE. I hate making people mad or sad...and I cry at the drop of a hat. I am in touch with my feelings. I have posted on here on a regular basis for FAR too long to not have found someone by now. I hope the pieces of the puzzle come together and you hit reply...because everything I have said on here doesn't even begin to express how strong my desires are, or show you what kind of guy I am. I am one of a kind. I've dated some girls. I've liked a few girls a lot, but it hasn't worked out (yet). I have standards, as well, and I'm not willing to lower what I'm looking for just to be with someone. I also won't lower who I am to meet your standards. I'm a good guy, and I've been told any girl would be lucky to be with a guy like me. If you can't see that then I won't waste my time on you. If you aren't serious (a lot of girls on CL aren't) I won't waste my time on you, either. It's pretty obvious when a girl isn't interested or has too much else on her mind to be interested.

Here's a little about me for you to determine if I'm the type of guy you're looking for. I'm 26 years old. I'm a single white male currently living in the Northern Cincinnati area. I am NOT originally from Cincinnati (for some reason, this seems to be a big issue for everyone in Cincinnati). I consider myself pretty intelligent, and I have a good career working full time for a large company in the Cincinnati area. I've never been married, I don't have any kids, I live alone, I support myself, I'm financially stable, I'm emotionally stable, etc. I enjoy talking, hanging out, going places, watching movies, cuddling/kissing/affection. I'm a good guy, and I feel that I've always treated girls, right. I'm never perfect, but no one is (and that's ok). I'm 6' tall, 235lbs, and your pics will get mine (sorry, too many people just want to get other people's pics). I'm NOT hot. Girls in Cincinnati seem to be extremely picky, so I'll point that out. I'm not athletic, a jock, a male model, etc. I have been told I'm handsome on multiple occassions. Don't waste my time if you're picky (and a lot of girls admit they are).

I'm looking for a girl in the Cincinnati area who is nice, sweet, cute in her own way / cute to me, affectionate, single, available emotionally, intelligent, honest, and more. I want someone who will talk to me, spend time with me, want to be close and cuddle a lot, give me random kisses, snuggle close to me in bed at night, etc. I prefer girls who are shorter than me, but I'm not very picky as long as you aren't bigger built than me or something like that. She should have goals and be working towards those goals. She shouldn't be too busy to see eachother at least a few times/week (even if we just cuddle in bed at night/spend the night together). I don't want someone who can never make time for someone she likes. I don't want someone who doesn't know what she wants or can't commit to someone right now. No drugs/420. It's a plus if you're college educated, live alone, have a car, don't have kis, non-smoker, and don't party or drink a lot. You must love to cuddle and be affectionate, but you shouldn't want to rush into sex soon. That doesn't mean we can't be affectionate or even fool around, eventually, but I don't want to rush into sex too soon. If that's a problem for you then we must not be looking for the same things and it probably wouldn't work between us.

Are you interested? Do you think we're looking for similar things? I miss having someone to talk to, spend time with, hold, kiss, etc. I really hope I find someone on here who is real, serious, knows what she wants, and is ready for something great. I'm tired of people who never want to meet or aren't serious. I'm tired of girls who describe things one way only to find out she was misrepresenting everything she said. Don't lie to me or pretend to be interested if you aren't. I don't understand why people spend time talking to someone when they aren't interested or are just messing with them. I guess some people enjoy something about that. I don't play games, and I won't play games or let you use me / waste my time. We don't have to meet immediately, but I'll probably lose interest if you never want to meet or can't seem to make time for it. I probably won't be interested if you never talk to me, never say much to me, etc. Yes, I'll text you or call when I want to talk, but if you never contact me I'll assume you don't want to talk or aren't interested.

Sigh (Cincinnati) 25yr

It's tough being a 25 year old single guy who has three close friends with wives and children. I'm viewed as the "rebel" of our crew; the guy who still likes to party and must have an awesome life because I don't have anyone tying me down. How wrong they are. I would give up anything and everything to climb into bed at night, curls up next to my honey, and have dreams full of love and passion. Ya know, all that haggard stuff.

I can't describe how tired I am of posting ads on CL, checking e-mail on all the dating sites, and going on pointless blind dates set up by friends. Who would have thought that love was this rotten? Every day I see couples, hand in hand, laughing it up and looking into each others eyes with a gaze that would have made Hitler shed a tear. How are all these douche bag guys scoring these women?

I'm a great guy. A funny guy. A romantic guy. A LEGIT guy. I'm pretty attractive, I am a hard worker, and I am responsible. Why isn't my inbox being flooded with replies?
I'll tell you why...

Girls are shallow. They are quick to complain about wanting a good guy, how all the guys left in the world are only after one thing...how we are "immature" and "irresponsible". I assure these girls that I am the exception to the rule, and they melt. I woo them with laughter and a listening ear, and I cement myself in the "Good Guy Hall Of Fame" by having an actual conversation not sprinkled with ebonics and references to my genitalia. Then I show them a picture, they see that I am a bigger guy, and I tell them about some of my flaws and they RUN. Suddenly they aren't looking for a guy anymore lol. Come on ladies, don't get on CL hoping to find a Leonardo DiCaprio look-alike who is as sweet as Noah from The Notebook but as manly as Channing Tatum in any of his movies. It's not going to happen. We are in the land of broken spirits. I post on here because the girls I encounter on a daily basis aren't going to give me the proper time of day because of their premature assumptions, and you are looking for a guy on here because you are broken in YOUR own way.

Now that we are back to earth...let's continue.

Truly, I wish I could list all my favorite books, movies, and music. I wish I could tell a funny story that would convey my sense of humor. looking for the love of my life (Hebron, Ky) 31yr

My name is John "Johnny" I'm 31 years young, 5'8 and 170lbs. I live in Hebron. Ky. Age is nothing but a number so why judge someone on there age. If someone cares, loves, honest, trusting and everything you wanted then why care about someone's age. I'm a volunteer Chemo Pal, If you don't know what that is. It's someone who spends time with a child battling cancer who's asking for a friend or brother to spend time with them. I absolutely love making them laugh and smile. Makes me stronger each and every day. Giving them the strength to kick cancers butt. I race quads in the GNCC "Grand National Cross Country Series" in C-Class & The IXCR "Indiana Cross Country Racing" Series, I sold my quad last year to help my family out. Right now I'm living with my parents. The more you read you will understand why. I'm trying my best to invest in another quad but with me not being able to do much financially I'm trying to find some other way. Since I been a Chemo Pal it's given me an inspiration and strength. I lost my daughter which didn't live around here she passed away from Cancer 2 years ago. I love kids and would like to have one, but if you can't have kids that's OK. If you have kids I would be there for them no matter what. On - 12-7-11 I found out I have a heart problem Arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat or abnormal heart rhythm). I was put on disability a few years back from a serious street bike accident from a vehicle clipping my back tire causing me to lose control. After being in the ICU for months I was told what had happen and never found the driver of the vehicle who hit me. I was not speeding and yes I was wearing a helmet!. I had really bad head injuries, internal bleeding, memory loss... I was in really bad shape. I thank the Medical Staff at University Hospital, Friends, Family & the man upstairs for giving me another chance. I was 5 minutes away from bleeding to death with internal bleeding. When being in a Coma for two weeks then waking up thinking "what the hell" thought I only slept for 6-8 hours. Anyways, with the Dr's/Nurses doing the usual routine with Blood Work, X-Rays, Cat Scan..ETC. We all know being a patient in a Hospital you get the test results the next day or two. Test results showed my T-Cell Count was very low, Muscles in my esophagus would be permanently damaged from pieces of the visor off my helmet. With a few days going by we waited on my other results. The Doctors and Nurses told me I was diagnosed with Crohns Disease. To answer your questions, Yes, it's a process getting through some days, if not everyday. Now that I start realizing all this information I'm being given I wonder to myself how int he world will I pay for all these medications for the rest of my life?. Eventually the Medical staff and some Social Workers explained that I'd be able to get Disability and Checks, but they're going to need to write a letter to Frankfort, Ky. They did all that which it got me approved. I've tried to do a full 8-10 hours of work for two weeks straight but it's just to much. I can do part time few days a week and race my quads a couple times a month. So, that's why I'm on disability. I still have medical problems once in awhile but I feel great cause I stay on top of my health.
I'm really easy going, not very picky just love having a great time with my friends, family & hope to spend it that special person someday. I love music it keeps me sane, love it all but I can't stand when they play the same song on the radio 20x a day. I believe we should give everyone a chance. I see so many people saying they want there gf/bf to be this way and that. Three words "Stop Being Picky" You always don't get what you want or ask for. Just never know when you may be missing out on someone really special. I couldn't ask for a better life. Thanks to Everyone that's believed in me. As for relationships go, I've been hurt and lied to many many times and I want something amazing. I play video games, watch movies and cuddling up with that special someone, Love the water, boating & sitting by a pool with a nice cold beverage. I've always wanted to live on a boat and coast on the water gosh it sounds so refreshing. I rarely ever dress up unless it for a special occasion I just like to have a good time and laugh.
