Hello. I have recently relocated to this area. I am in my mid 40's and enjoying life. My children are grown and live a few hours away. I would like to find a man around my age to be a friend or more. Here's what you need to know:
I want to find someone who is comfortable in their own skin and doesn't feel the need to pretend to be someone else to impress me or others. Please understand what it is to be transparent and practice this 24/7.
I want to find someone who works -- I hold nothing against those who don't work but find its hard to find things we have in common. I don't care how much you earn as long as you can live with how much I earn.

Originally, I thought I never wanted to be in a serious relationship again or even have a live in / spend the night type of relationship but I'm willing to reconsider that although I am still leaning towards the single forever idea. Marriage has not been kind to me so I don't relish the idea of being there again.
As for hobbies/activities: I LOVE the outdoors, love camping, sports (would rather play than watch), love fishing, don't need to spend money to have fun, love watching movies, going to the movies, going out to eat, etc. I love antiques, garage sales, flea markets, etc. I don't drink much myself. Don't smoke. Don't do casinos or bars although live music is pretty cool.
I am currently what is referred to as a BBW but that will change in time. I can tell you more about that after we talk. I am not ugly and really don't have a problem going out every night if I want but that's not what I want -- I want to meet someone who has much in common and then go from there.

It amazes me how much a guy can be mean to a girl. I am a nice girl, sweet and all i want is a guy to be that in return.
