Early Monday evening dinner and a movie? (Wake Forest) 31yr

Looking For a LTR in the Near Future (Triangle) 22yr
Look, you can tell me that 22 years old is too young to be wanting to get serious. You can tell me that I should "play the field" while I still have the chance. You can even tell me that this is the perfect time for me to be with as many men as I can (but seriously, ew). However, none of that matters to me because I know exactly what I want. About 2 years ago, I made it my goal that I would be married and have at least one child by the time I turn 25. Ridiculous, right? I'm totally over that goal. I know it's not going to happen. Therefore, I've altered by plan to at least have a real boyfriend by that time. That seems like an attainable goal, but the only problem is that I haven't been on a date in over a year. Now comes the quasi-rant.
Earlier today, I was looking around my college campus and saw many sickeningly adorable couples - most younger than me. I thought to myself, "Wow, these girls will never know what's it's like to give up on love. They've never gone more than two weeks without dating someone. Guys are always fawning over them. What's the deal". I'm not jealous by any means. Rather, I'm curious as to what could be so flawed about myself that I only attract the most undesirable bottom-feeders (sorry, but it's true). I have some really great qualities: a sense of humor, physically attractive...I think, intelligent, ambitious, dependable, compassionate, hard-working, I could go on, but this is starting to feel like a job application. I'm going to go out on limb here and be completely candid. I'm a good girlfriend (at least that's what the 1 and only boyfriend I've ever had has told me). There's some sort of strange early-onset maternal/domestic drive that I've acquired. If I'm interested in you, I'm going to go out of my way to do nice things take care of you. I can't tell you how many deserts I've made for men - only to be later rejected by them, of course. I'll skip out on work to hang out with you (and that's HUGE for me). And not to over share, but I have a pretty high sex drive...imagine what you would like. I'm an equal mix of talker and listener, so I'll always have time for you bitch about your problems and I'll always offer advice. Since I enjoy sports, I'll watch the game with you without asking stupid girly questions. All of these things could be waiting for you. If you choose Door #3? Bad attempt at humor, I know.
To reiterate my original point, the immediate and principal purpose of this posting is to find a nice date in my area. If nothing comes of that, fine. Making new friends are awesome as well. If that turns into something more, wonderful. Quick rundown of the essentials: I'm 22, college-educated, about 5'6, about to not tell you my weight (size 12, if that helps), brown hair/eyes, mostly Black, right-handed, unattached/free earlobes, ability to taste PTC. I just move to Raleigh from Charlotte about 11mths ago for a job and all my friends are back home in Charlotte and the only people I have met really are just my co-workers... Any Men Over 55 Looking for Companionship & Not Just Sex (SE NC) 60yr
Is there any man out there that is over 55 that can meet with a woman and not start talking about sex in the first sentence? I don't care about your past conquests. I don't care about what you want your future conquests to be. I'm looking for a man who wants to be friends first until we really get to know each other and then sex can follow.
