i pay attention to what in the world is going on, but what is really going on? who do we trust? certainly not what the mainstream media tells us. but it looks and feels like there's a storm coming.

Anyone feel like a lost soul?

I don't want to come off desperate and mentally unstable because I am far from either of those. But.... I had a really crappy childhood, and with that came same baggage. I have been in therapy for 4 years and it hasn't been for a break down or anything like that. It has been to heal from my parents alcoholism, neglect, child abuse, and molestation I endured as a child/teen. I would not be who I am today if I had not lived through that and I am proud of who I have become! I like my life, I do. I have goals and I am a kind person. I have a few friends and am passionate, loyal and a true friend to others. I am looking for someone who also can relate to feeling like a "lost soul" ....like something is missing, a void that hasn't been filled no matter what you do. Someone who might fel numb most of the time....not sad, angry or happy just like you are content but not truly happy. Someone who might tend to jump into friendships and relationships because closeness brings you comfort. I want someone who isn't afraid to be alone but highly prefers that constant stability a relationship can provide. Someone who also doesn't have alot of boundaries in the bedroom would be nice. My family lives hundreds of miles away, my friends have distanced themselves from me since I got divorced because they didn't like choosing which side to be on, which I hear is quite common. My marriage was very hard because towards the end I worked on myself and he refused to work on himself and blamed me for our issues so we parted ways.
