I am not sure what I hope to get out of this, but I know I could use some excitement in my life. Ideally, I would like to meet some guys that could be really good friends and if it grew into more than that I would be open for it. A little about me? Number one fact is that I am a Christian and I am looking for the same when it comes to a long term relationship. I am a college graduate, a teacher, a dog owner/lover, a thrill seeker and I recently decided to go back to college to pursue dental hygiene (more pay+less stress=career change, hehe). I love, love, love adventures. I loved sky-diving and plan on doing it again. I love theme parks and roller coasters. If I had a lot of extra money right now, I would want to take a trip down to California and go to Disneyland, California Adventure, Six Flags and Universal Studios. I LOVE cruises and would love to go on one again in the near future. It's a great way to see the world for a good price (compared to most vacations). Actually, you know what? I take something back... If I had a lot of extra money right now, I would be putting it toward a motorcycle. I LOVE to ride. It's the best. Honestly, life feels very (too) routine for me right now. I work, I go to school and when I am not doing those two things, I am studying (except on Sunday morning, when I am in church). I would love to have some excitement--some fun. And no boys, I am NOT looking to "hook up." Sex in a non-committed long term relationship is cheap and I am not cheap. I have been bought for a price and I am looking for the real deal. I would love to fall madly, deeply, passionately in love, get married and have a lot of babies, but sometimes I wonder if that all is nothing but a fairy tale. I feel very discouraged sometimes, but I keep on hoping. I am not perfect. I have made a lot of mistakes in my life but I hope they do not prevent the never-ending love I desire to find in a man. I am not posting a picture (do I really want co-workers/family/friends thinking I am desperate? Lol. No) but I will tell you that I *think* I am probably considered slightly above-average in appearance? I am 5'7", skinny, straight teeth, good personal hygiene, green eyes, and I like to smell good, lol.
If you want to reply--just know that I am not interested in a man with kids. I love children (I am a teacher...) but I desire to give my future husband his first child and I will not compromise on that point again. Being a step-mom is not for me. It comes with too much baggage. I do not have children and plan on waiting to change that fact.
My ideal man-- A Christian. Taller than me. Confident (but not cocky). Likes to smile. A lot. Country? Respectful. Loving. Romantic. Educated. Smart. Likes adventure. Good with his money. Has a job/car/goals. Age 24-32 I am not sure if there is a man like that that is not married, but it's worth a try :) It's unlikely such a man is on CL (there seems to be A LOT of men on here that are only looking for one thing... well, two things... sex and 420...) but who knows! Why are so many men here so shallow? It amazes me how a 300 plus bald guy, missing teeth not educated and in some cases have no job with an STD want a perfect "goddess" What happened to moderate attraction, but looking beyond what is in the heart and personality?
